And we're BACK! Man, what a great way to get back in the wedding game after 4 months of maternity leave. Andrew & Mariska's June wedding has me craving more winter shoots. They are seriously underrated! These beautiful tones and dramatic skies and soft sunlight left me breathless.

So it was a chilly morning and a threat of rain was in the air as the soon-to-be Mr & Mrs Tucker got ready for the big event. The Christmas in July festival was on in Tulbagh so there was already so much excitement in town. People heard of a bride getting ready in one of the houses in the main street and very soon a crowd was waiting for Mariska (and calling her by name!) to appear.

The couple said their I Do's in a cosy little chapel on Morgansvlei Estate as the sky cleared and the sun came out. The afternoon was spent with Andrew & Mariska smooching all over the Estate and me gaping over how beautiful it all is. I realised this is what I missed for 4 months - spending time with beautiful, warm hearted people in a stunning setting and seeing how their genuine love for one another makes everyone around them smile.

Mr & Mrs Tucker, it was an absolute pleasure being part of your special day!

Thank you to the delightful lady Hayley for second shooting!
